No Charges For Inventory +Schedule Of Condition Lists

No "Checking In ---Checking Out " Fees

No Charges for "Property Check Visits"

No Charges for Future References

HOLDING BOND

You may also be asked to also pay a "Holding Bond" this is to secure the property for you.No one else will view the property and it will be held while  the Tenancy agreements are prepared.If you subsequently decline the property you will forfeit this money.If we decline your application we will refund this money.(Unless you have failed to disclose anything that might affect your application..ie CCJ's or Bankrupcy ).We still have to pay an outside credit reference agency..so please declare these before you make your application or we may retain your "Holding Bond" due to the lack of this "None Disclosure).
If your application is successful This money will then be deducted from your first months rent.

What Happens Next

If successful your Tenancy will then be prepared.

You will need to pay the first months rent and security Bond (5 weeks rent (The Deposit )).

The Deposit will be held in the governments DPS scheme and is held against any damages or expenses arising during your Tenancy.

Rent must be paid by Standing Order at least 3 days prior to the rent due date.
